Leane St. Peter

Leane St. Peter is a visionary leader with 35 years of healthcare experience, including 21 years dedicated to workers’ compensation dental claims. Her career includes leadership roles in clinics, insurance carriers, service organizations, and dental provider networks. Having co-founded and built two dental claim management companies, she brings a comprehensive understanding of dental care delivery, payer needs, and claim management.

Through years of direct customer engagement, Leane identified recurring challenges with dental claims: unclear causation, overtreatment, unrelated care, and limited clinical guidance. She founded Workforce Dental Solutions to bring a new standard of clinical accountability to workers’ compensation dentistry and deliver measurable value to customers.

Her vision is to build Workforce Dental Solutions into a trusted dental resource, delivering programs that solve real challenges and create measurable value. By combining clinical expertise with practical solutions, she aims to improve access to appropriate care, simplify complex dental decisions, and help customers achieve better outcomes with greater confidence in every dollar spent.

Under Leane’s leadership, Workforce connects appropriate care with ongoing clinical oversight to support lasting clinical outcomes, clearer treatment decisions, and responsible claim spending—creating value for claimants, providers, and payers.

Ragen St. Peter brings extensive entrepreneurial, sales, and marketing experience to Workforce Dental Solutions. Having helped establish and grow businesses in the music, automotive, and fishing industries, he understands how to connect specialized services with customer needs, build lasting relationships, and communicate value. His extensive trade show experience strengthens his ability to engage industry audiences and develop strategic partnerships.

As President and Co-Founder, Ragen leads sales and marketing, helping payers understand the value of Workforce’s programs and the importance of clinical oversight in achieving the best possible clinical outcomes and meaningful cost savings. He brings a customer-focused perspective to the company’s growth, with a goal of ensuring our programs deliver value to payers, claimants, providers, and every stakeholder involved in a case.

Maria Kunstadter, DDS

Dental Director | 35+ Years in Private Practice

Dr. Maria Kunstadter leads Workforce Dental Solutions’ clinical oversight, bringing more than 35 years of private practice experience and a commitment to improving access to dental care. She also serves as CEO of Workforce Dental Solutions’ TeleDental partner, connecting her clinical leadership with timely access to virtual dental care.

A graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, she has helped advance teledentistry and dental outreach, including co-founding a pioneering teledentistry platform and establishing a university dental outreach program.

As Dental Director, Dr. Kunstadter oversees and contributes to the development of Workforce’s workers’ compensation dental treatment guidelines. Working closely with executive leadership and our specialty advisors, she helps establish clinical standards for evaluating dental injuries, assessing causation, and guiding medically necessary treatment toward restoration of the claimant’s pre-injury dental condition. These guidelines provide a consistent foundation for clinical review and treatment oversight throughout each claim.

Dr. Kunstadter also collaborates with fellow leaders to develop and strengthen Workforce’s clinically driven dental products and programs. She helps translate clinical expertise into practical services that address the needs of payers, claimants, and providers—bringing together access to care, rigorous treatment review, and ongoing clinical accountability to support lasting outcomes and responsible claim spending.

Michael K. Sigler, DDS

General Dentistry | Dental Trauma | Workers’ Compensation Peer Review | 40 Years in Dentistry | 30 Years in Private Practice

Dr. Michael Sigler brings 40 years of dental experience, including 30 years in private practice, with a strong foundation in evaluating dental trauma and injury-related treatment needs.

Through his work with Workforce Dental Solutions, he applies his clinical expertise to workers’ compensation claims, assessing causation and treatment recommendations. His background also includes clinical instruction, teledentistry, and dental outreach to underserved communities.

Ryan S. Chaliff, DDS, MD

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery | Facial Trauma | TMJ | 8+ Years of Specialty Training and Practice

Dr. Ryan Chaliff is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with experience in facial trauma, TMJ conditions, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and facial reconstruction.

He earned his DDS from Columbia University and his MD from Vanderbilt University, where he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and served as chief resident. His combined dental and medical training provides valuable perspective when evaluating complex facial and jaw injuries and their relationship to a claim.

Bita A. Farhoumand, DDS

Periodontics | Dental Implants | 16+ Years in Dentistry

Dr. Bita Farhoumand is a board-certified periodontist with more than 16 years in dentistry, including more than 13 years in periodontics. She earned her DDS from the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed her periodontal specialty training at New York University.

Her experience includes periodontal treatment, dental implants, clinical leadership, teaching, and expert witness review. She contributes expertise in assessing gum disease, supporting bone, implant recommendations, and the role of pre-existing periodontal conditions in treatment planning.

Brian Elliott Goldstein, DDS, MSD

Periodontics | Prosthodontics | Maxillofacial Prosthetics | 27+ Years in Dentistry

Dr. Brian Goldstein is a board-certified periodontist with more than 27 years of dental experience and additional advanced training in prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics.

His background includes periodontal and implant treatment, complex dental restoration, and prosthetic care for patients with oral and facial defects resulting from trauma, surgery, cancer, or congenital conditions. His breadth of training supports the review of complex claims requiring coordinated surgical and restorative planning.

The Vision

We built Workforce Dental Solutions to address the challenges that make dental claims difficult to manage: uncertainty about injury-related care, time-consuming coordination, and limited visibility into treatment scope, timelines, and outcomes. Our vision is to give payers clear clinical direction and dependable support throughout the claim, while helping claimants receive appropriate treatment designed to restore their pre-injury dental condition.
